Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply for purchases at Frank Melbourne AB (Henceforth “we” or “us”), Org. No. 559115-6749, via web page www.frankmelbourne.com.
Prices and payment
Every product is shown with price including VAT. You can in the shopping cart see the total price of all charges, VAT, freight and payment. The payment terms is shown in the shopping cart depending on chosen method of payment.
You can choose to pay with bank-, credit card or through invoice with Klarna within only Sweden, Norway and Finland. Purchases with Klarna is administrated by Klarna. We do not handle any bank- or credit card numbers.
In the rest of the world you can only pay through PayPal. Purchases with PayPal is administrated by PayPal.
The delivery time is estimated to be 1-5 working days within Scandinavia, 3-8 working days within the rest of Europe and up to 20 working days to the rest of the world. The delivery will be to your closest DHL post office. The consumer have the right to cancel the purchase if the delivery is delayed.
Right to return
You have the right to return a product purchased from this website within 14 days after you have received it. The product(s) must be unused. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and clearly state why you want to return the product and we will help you return it. The umbrella needs to be sent back in eventual original packaging. You will yourself be subject for the shipping expenses. We take no responsibility in lost items during return shipping.
You have the means of complaint, but only if the defect exists on the product when you already received it. You have the right to make a complaint if the product:
- Has fabrication error.
- Is damaged due to transportation to post office.
- Doesn’t meet up to what you ordered.
You cannot make a complaint if a product:
- Has got wear and teared after normal use.
- Has got damaged due to unnatural use or accident.
If you make a complaint, we will be subject for any shipping expenses if the complaint is accepted.
Repayment will be handled by Klarna.
Defect products that will be returned to us needs to be handled carefully by customer as if the products were free from defects.
